Id be game for that, it is beautiful area. My parents live not far from there. The Century would be plenty for me.

I road with a guy while doing the Oregon Coast Challange last year that did it. He said it was a great event but a real nutt buster.
PS: why don't you post this on the northern Cal thread. You may get more beneficial responses.

Actually it was brought to my attention that this is the same weekend as the Santa Cruz Mountian Challenge. I will be doing that ride as it is awesome and brutal. 103 miles and 10,500 ft with grades up to 17%. Come and join in the fun, and its 4 hours closer to home.:D

Big Sean, the Santa Cruz Mountains Challenge is Saturday and the Shasta Summit is on Sunday so you could do both!
