Joe Friel - author of The Triathlete's Training Bible - is gonna be doing some clinics at Jack Rabbit in April. There's one for $50 that's for more advanced folks - half and ironman distances, and a free one for folks first tri. I'm gonna be hittin up the free one. anyone in nyc probably already knows this, and knows what a great shop jack rabbit is, but i figured i'd give a heads up in case anyone doesn't.
