I've been looking for a "beater" bike and was considering the Jamis Aurora (among other light tourers). I noticed this new frame on ebay:

Approx how much would it cost to build this bike up? I'll take tiagra mostly and have to have a descent set of wheels since I weigh 260. The new ones only cost around $599, but they come with a 8-speed casette and I would prefer a 9 speed. Any info appreciated.
