remember the movie Rocky? He gets up in the morning and eats 12 raw eggs befor his daily work out. Should I try that? What does it do ,and does it realy work?:D

for the last 6 weeks i have been eating 2 raw eggs a day - usually right before i go to bed.
for me it seems to be working well as i have trouble getting enough calories - and the extra protein is good - and drinking down 2 eggs before i go to bed is fast and easy - that way i get a 6th or 7th meal per day (i'm again on my weight-gain program - at 6'1" was down to 150lbs in November, started a gain program in January and now up to 161lbs with a goal of 165lbs -- the last few pounds are proving to be hard to gain, but mostly because i'm now doing so much cardio --- riding season again! and down to 2 weight training sessions per week, sometimes less with MTB trips and vacations)
