I'm about to accept an international assignment over there.
I'm an avid roadie and want to bring my bike. Any body with good info?
I got a trek madone.
Any places to ride - BTW- I get a driver and security guard who will stay with me (free SAG? :) )

My brother lives in Cebu, and the roads there around Cebu are busy. There is a coast road that's pretty good riding as I understand.

You might want to check out the Asian regional forum (http://www.bikeforums.net/forumdisplay.php?f=247). It's not the most happening place, but there are a few people from the Philippines there.
