Would using this http://www.danscomp.com/455039.php?cat=PARTS act the same way as if I used this http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/BB407F08-Profile+Racing+Replacement+Cup++Bea.aspx except for the fact that the first one has the bolts?

Yes it's the same. Except the bearings on Dans come with flush mount bolts that replace all the other tiny ones and look cleaner. I'd go for the flush but either way you have the bb and cups.
