Aukland in the house? Help

My brother just moved out to Auckland and he's looking for a bike on the cheap. Any ideas for some Chicago-raised kiwis? Are there any messenger crews/ bike co-ops out there? Some 80's steel road action would do the job.

Try the regional sub-forum at cyclingforums. They seem to have a few more Kiwis posting there regularly.
