Hi gang,
This is not for the $1,000+ trike riders. Though I welcome you all to enjoy my adventures with junk.
This bike is 100% made from discards found during bulk trash collection or dumpster diving. I enjoy making things out of junk and not paying anything. Granted the brackets under the butt part of the seat and a few bolts were bought but that's it.
The front wheels & axle, by the way, came off a pressure cleaner cart I found in the canal behind work.
Future upgrades include a 20" 3-speed rear wheel. Top speed is about 13-15mph but it's basically an entry for my daughter into the recumbent world. It's also convertible to a 2-wheeler.
