Huh? If you're the one I'm looking at, you look all nice in proportion. ;) :D

I've just been trying to get to 150 lbs or less and I still look bigger than I would want to be. I still haven't done a century yet :P

Yeah, that's my extreme light/lazy dinner when I had too much during the day. I often make a can of 3 bean chili or similar and dump that on the spinach instead of the dressing. When I'm feeling motivated, I mix it up with mushrooms, beans, brocolli, sprouts, red peppers. I try to avoid cheese at night.

Also, on pre ride nights, I usually have a BIG bowl of spagetti covered in tomato sauce made with ground turkey and yes, spinach.

Well, spinach is a powerhouse of nutrients, so adding it to everything is great! I'm sitting her eating some very high fiber cereal. But just a little with no milk. I'm craving something carby but didn't want to put starchy carbs in.

Just start riding centuries and limit your protein intake. You'll eat through those guns in no time! :p

Centuries take so long. I'd rather just ride harder :)

If you ride harder, the century will get over with quicker.

I'd rather do intervals!

I didn't make it into any of Herb's pics, but I did catch a glimpse of a couple of my teammates in the starting line photos.
