Can anyone suggest a route from Westchester to NYC? I have a seminar to attend and thought I'd ride in. I'm in lower Tarrytown, NY. Thank you in advance.

Try the NYCC's website - http://www.nycc.org/rl_db/home.aspx - I'm pretty sure I've noticed NYC <-> Westchester rides there before.
Or, if you're a Westchester Cycle Club member you could check their cue sheet database as well.
