It seemed approrpriate, since we were talking about burritos.

Yeah, and he SPLIT his last burrito with someone! Not my idea of arduous training...

Vireo needs some serious carnitas repeats, followed by a nice alfredo-based recovery drink.

You know Brandy I noticed there was some protein in the Alfredo sauce the other night. I wonder if it still qualifies as a "powerfood"? Maybe we're back to cheese whiz.

Yes...too much nutritional value and definitely not a powerfood!

I would like to get two days of 10,000+ of climbing in a row to see how my will legs feel early in the season. I will do this throughout the season see if it becomes easier.

I don't think I've climbed 10,000 feet in my life.

My guess is it will get faster, but I don't know if two consecutive days of 10k will ever feel any easier.

Last year my two days off of work (long days on the bike) were Thursday and Saturday. So I used Friday as a rest day or an active recovery day. This year I have Sat and Sun off and I can simulate EC or 508 much more realistically.

The ability to realistically simulate the EC or the 508 is a something that people CAN do, but I am not sure that people SHOULD do....

actually, I am just jealous because all I get in this week was 2 ~30 mile rides yesterday (before and after my lame job)

None I rode alone. Like I always do. All I need is my bike and my iPod and I can ride all day without socializing with anyone.
