The whole of the cycling world is in shock and is now nervously asking the above question after what happened yesterday...

At some point toward the end of yesterday's 160km ride, I was cut off by a driver. The thing is, they actually apologised, and I not only accepted it with a wave (using more than one finger I'll add), but even smiled at them.

The old Chris Man would have responded with a flurry of 23 different and colourful expletives that anyone in a 5km radius would have heard.

Have I gone soft?

Chris

Not at all Chris, remember, honey attracts more flies than vinegar.
I'd say you scored one for us good guys!

That's an encouraging story, Chris. After all, we cyclists work hard for our miles and we deserve that kind of respect (without the motoring mishap, of course.) :D
