"The 33"-Road Bike Racing - Quick Poll

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hey this is were the interesting people hang out, and I count on the fact that none of you are going to ask what type of saddle bag should you buy.

Thanks. Where do you acquire a license? And do you have to meet certain requirements? Thanks again.

Check the usacycling website for license info. You can get a one day license at sanctioned events. As far as requirements...you can't be an axe murderer. Or, at least, not a convicted axe murderer.

Givi makes some nice saddle bags.

Well, there are some requirements like helmets, removing anything that can fall off your bike (like clip-on fenders), no aero bars in a RR or crit, plain jearsy if your not on a team, number placement, etc. You can download the rule book at the USA Cycling site if you want to read all of them...but it's mostly common sense/courtesy stuff... Getting hooked up with a racing club is prob. the best way to go.

Even though I have not raced I come here first because this is wear the cycling warriors meet. I like a group that collectively is goal oriented.

I don't need a saddle bag, they are for sissy's. I am a Swissy, much greater than a sissy. Besides I'm so damn fast that nothing has the time to flatten my tires.

i thought you tucked your spare tube under the loose skin folds, left over from your extreme weight loss from last season?

By the looks of the size of your ass it seems you have plenty of room to store not only a spare tube but full size floor pump as well ;)

4 1/2 hrs of solo riding to do today, and thanks to Botto, I still get to have the image of someone's a$$ in my head the whole day.

You are right I miss the days when my ass swallowed my saddle like yours. But this thread is going off topic, your big fat ass isn't the reason we are here. Lets move on from this and get back to Race Talk on BF.net! :)

Botto, After my race last weekend a couple of racers and I were watching one of the women's races and a huge girl came blasting off the front with a huge butt, and I leaned over and said: "Now that's a cottage of wattage" (I stole your line, thanks  )
Everyone looked at me complex for a second until it sank in, and then they just started rolling. I had my one friend from South Africa just dying.
You definitely need to make a bike shirt with a huge girl on a bike for the back and "Cottage of Wattage" on the front.
