Around my work the big catchphrase is "stop shoving that up my ass".
We use it all the time as a reference to something we overheard on the Pa once when there wa an anouncement. The person was paging someone for the phone and in the background we heard one person say to the other "will you stop shoving that up my ass".
Ever since then.... you get the point
we never did learn who said it or what it was about though

At my work its "Awww, you're the cosmos kind of special".

There's a place down the road called Cosmos where 'Special' people go to do work, daytrips and activities.

And in the same reference there's "Did you come in the wrong door this morning?"

Not that many years ago people had problems or concerns with or about something. Now they have issues.
Issues? I thought that word referred to magazines (e.g. March issue of Playboy, last month's issue of National Geographic, etc).

I have problems with crappy drivers and I have concerns about global warming, but the only issues I have are the April Bicycling magazine and the March issue of Men's Health, which I haven't read yet.
:p

I'm in the military; we have catch phrases for pretty much everything. In fact, a lot of the catch phrases used in the civilian world started in the military.

Some of the ones you hear are easily translatable to civilian/everyday use, others may as well be Greek.

I work at vo-tech schools, and each has their own set of phrases, depending upon the school's location & course offerings.... but what is usually left unsaid, but runs through my mind repeatedly, is KV's "so it goes"

WTF is popular, too.

Guy at my last job would pronounce internet acronyms, even 'leetspeak.' Instead of laughing, he'd say "l-o-l-zorz" or "ROFLs" (pronounced raw-fuls). If he liked something, it was 'teh rawkzor,' and anyone he didn't like was a 'noob.'

It was kinda annoying, but excusable since he irritated customers with it too.

I used to work with a lady at my old job (she's dead now) who couldn't make it through 2 sentences without ending one of them with "as far as that goes".

She did it so much it was weird....I don't think she even realized she said it anymore because 90% of the time it had no meaning on that particular sentence.

"pretty much"

"and whatnot"

"ship it!" (this one is a running joke. Tends to be after every bad client decision)

"systemic" (the person who abuses this one likes to say it instead of "systematic," i.e. a 'systemic interface')

My boss is always saying "That's the way I roll".

When someone comes and asks me to do something totally ridiculous, sometimes I just tell them "Sure that'll happen.....when monkeys fly out of my butt".
