I'm in the market for a new ride. I live in New York City, and want a bike that can rip in traffic, drag up and down the stairs of my 4th floor walk up, handle some abuse...

I'm not into tricks, although I can ride a wheelie forever.

I just need a fast street bike that handles well, and is well built.

What do you think of The Felt Manic (http://feltbmx.com/07_bikes/07_manic.html)? Any suggestions will be appreciated and test riden.

Thank you

Then why even get a BMX bike? If you just want something to cruise around then there is no point of a BMX bike as that would be your worst option.

to be honest bmx's are one of the worst forms of transport. they are designed to do trick and such. get a moderatly price hardtail and put semi-slick tyres on it and you will be much happier. and they wheeelie good to.
