I see those bars occasionally on bikes around our campus.
Looks like you are working hard on dialing in your bike. I see you have Ergon grips too. And while the angle of the shot makes it hard to see clearly, the steering tube looks pretty tall too.

I screwed up Tom, I didn't see it until I posted the picture, I got the tape on backwards. I have it on right now.
