I've been car-free for about 8 months now and figure it's finally time to get a "substitute-car" for the bulk dog food, groceries, and what have you. I ordered this http://www.bicycletrailers.com/Burley-Cargo-Nomad.pro today after spending a couple hours driving around and comparing it to the B.O.B.. I still have a soft spot for the B.O.B, but the two wheel design, 100 lbs rated load, and easily detachable swivel mount seemed to make more sense for a strictly hauling around the city point of view (I tour with panniers). This thread also swayed me, http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=56285&highlight=Burley+Nomad. I dont know why I'm feeling anxious about not getting the B.O.B and wondering if I made the right decision. I may have to get both and hide the second from the wife. ;) I'll update once it gets here, and if anyone has any encouragine remarks about the Nomad to ease my buyer's remorse do add. :D

I think you'll really like your Nomad. I have the Solo and the Flatbed. The Flatbed I've had for about three years and for a while I was pulling it almost daily. It's been a great trailer.:)

In fact it got to the point where, when I went to pannniers for most of my daily trips, the bike felt weird without the trailer behind it.:D

That is one nice looking trailer. I think you made a good decision.

Absoultely! I think you're going to love it (and I'm jealous)!
