It apparently does exist...it's a special user group, you need to be thoroughly checked out by a qualified panel of judges. My best guess would be to contact either Brian, Joe Gardner, or maybe the Rev. Chuck (since the Rev. is a bike mechanic and would administer the grueling exam).
