One of my derailleur wheels has some sideways play in it. Zinn's book says to tighten the allen bolt, but it was already tight. Any ideas? My other wheel is fine, the derailleur is 2006 Dura-Ace. Thanks!

The play is normal in the upper pulley, it helps with indexed shifting. All modern rear derailleurs are like this-
