Seeing as how you are new to the sport, I would recomend something from either Hoffman or Mosh. They pack most bang for the buck. Then as you progress you can upgrade parts.
I have been riding for about a year now (although I still suck...) and my Trek Vert1 is a pretty nice bike. All I have had to replace are the grips and tires, and those are from ware and tear.
But from what I hear, Hoffman makes really nice bikes.
cheers thanks...do you know of anywhere if the uk that teache bmx or anyone willing to help me learn it?...or do you know any websites that have a learning section to it?
Look into DK bicycles. They have a lot of good bikes for pretty cheap. I recommend the DK Sixpack, its light, has good parts, and pretty cheap.
how much are these bikes or how much should i be expected to pay?
The DK sixpack should be around 400 bucks. You can probably find them on ebay, or get the older version of the Sixpack for around 300 to 350 bucks.
You can learn a lot of about BMX at http://www.bmxtrix.com/
CHEERS.....thankyou every1 for being helpful to me...i will let y'all know which bike i am going to get when i decide.
you can get a decent free agent for 300$ that will last for a good while but u might have to replace some minor things like pedals
brakes or small stuff like that
they are usually around $250-$300 for a good bike
as you have infomed me u just started i would recomend something like a haro.
That is what i first started with, but know i am good enough for a good bike .
my first haro it got a lil beat up , butis a good beginner bike.
the topic says best bmx bike and your post asks for a good decent bike...
im guessing you meant whats a cheap decent bike so ill have to say go with a complete fit or a complete dk.
