Touring - How would you finish this sentence

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My town/work bike has had a colorful history, and I changed directions midway through a recent build of my off road bike; between the two I have an hansom parts bin. It's going to become an upright tourer.
What I have is:
Internal rear hub
Generator front hub
Salsa Delgado rims
Double prong kickstand
Saddle
Racks front and rear (the front rack is heavy, but it pressure fits into its mounting bracket and is easily removed/replaced)
Lights
North Road Handlebars (can swap them for Albatrosses that are on my town bike)
and a few other odds and ends
What I don't have:
Frame
Brakes
Cranks
So how would y'all finish this build?
Thanks,
--A
PS. The tires are big, Big Apples, 2.35 inches. I'm willing to swap them out.

Gunnar Crosshairs, for me.
Crank. (http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/zephyrlight.asp)
Nice crank. Thanks for the lead.
The Gunnar Crosshair is a fine frame, except I prefer something other than vertical dropouts.

http://homepage.mac.com/awcg/.Pictures/Bike/Project.jpgI have the opposite problem. ;)
If it wasn't for wheel size, I would like the Kogswell Porteur/Randonneur. If you are willing to go 650B, I think it is a cool frame.
Apparently the Porteur is to come out in 26" and 700C with the new batch.

I would build a Mercian custom with the Rohloff drop-outs around that hub, with Paul components Neo Retro brakes in front and their touring cantis in the rear, and use a simple Sugino XD crank.
Oh wait, I already did that.
