after working, not too too hard, and not very often - between work and other things...

i got my back wheel off the ground, like a half inch. haha, wow, what an accomplishment. thats a huge bunny hop:rolleyes:

anyway, this was down the street from my apartment complex, on my way back home, my front tire caught a seam in the pavement and sent me flying. really fun. two guys were standing around, kinda jokingly asked if i was ok, told them i was, laughed with them, then rode home. after straighting my handlebars back out.

so, an stride forward, then a jump back!! haha.

Congrats, Thats a big first step...

another thing to practice is riding around and try to keep your front wheel down. Try to lift the rear wheel this way. Gets you in the habit of keeping feet in their place.

Maelstrom,

Are you talking about practicing endos? If so, they are also important for getting your back tire up when bunny hopping.

Sort of Draft. Most people consider and endo with the front brake. I am saying do this while moving. So yes it is an endo but don't feather th brake. Just get used to lifting.

Haha...must have been tired...basically a short distance nose wheelie :)
