I want one of these so bad, but I really can't justify spending the money right now. How likely am I to see these for sale very often?

I used to have one. Another folder, from the seventies, to look out for is the Dawes Kingpin. Its easier to hop up the Dawes as it has a standard bottom bracket and headset/fork assembly. Raleigh 20's come up on UK ebay quite often, they can go for £60 or $120.

I would grab it...those things have been hitting $250+ on ebay in the US.

Come to Australia.....I got a R20 for $15au from the recycle yard and another for $20au from a antique (junk) sale in a hippy hamlet near home. :eek:
