So I have the original 1995 Trek Y-33 (blue one) that needs a coat of paint.
Anyone have any idea where I can get this stripped & repainted SAFELY? Carbon Frame.
Also, how do you or where do you get a polished aluminum frame 're-buffed'?
I'm having a hard time parting with the bike, so buying another bike is out of the question. I'm just going to drop an XTR group on it which means I'll need to keep the V-brakes on the back since the frame does not have disc mounts. But everything else should line up fine, including new wheelset. All other hardware, including front suspension is up to date and in good shape.
Let me know your thoughts on this,
