Has anyone ever paid to have their VO2 & RMR tested and evaluated?

Yeah, mine was at the YMCA for $85. LT, RMR, MHR (optional and quite pointless)

Nope, but I probably would given the opportunity. Testing VO2 would be interesting, but hardly useful for training purposes. It's slightly trainable, but the only thing it would show you is how genetically gifted you are in terms of VO2 capacity.

I dont really see any advatage to knowing your VO2 max. Anyone have a VO2 max calculator on their bike? I know I dont.
