This is probably more for novices & newbies to the sport but experienced cyclists need a little refresher from time to time too.

What does everyone, especially the bike mechanics think of the information in the link? Is it spot on, should there be anything added or corrected?

Keep in mind I am not the author of it. But I'm sure there is a way to get feedback to who ever did write it.

I think it's actually quite an interesting article. While I can't say I read anything very original, the whole "package" does strike me as quite well written and intriguing, striving at being original.

My opinion only.
