My mother called me down to her house today, to help her clean some boxes out of the basement. One box, clearly marked Victor's Things, and clearly packed with his ****, had this (see image) envelope in it.
For those of y'all who aren't as old as dirt, those are Turtle's Dollars, twenty bucks worth (Turtle's was one of the larger chain music stores in the 70's). He snagged my Turtle's Dollars, the bum. He's had $20 of my Turtle's money since the times of 8-tracks, with inflation and interest, I figure he owes me controlling stock in Sony Music.

A little insight into how christmas/birthday gifts were bought in our house; the best gifts were like the one above, the envelope says to: Allen, from: Mama, and is in my sister's handwriting. Sis always has good sense getting gifts.

Turtle Dollars are getting the big bucks on ebay. You can probably retire on what you've got in your hot little hands there. Way to go, Victor!

Actually, I'd like the to have the Turtle's Dollars, especially since they are that old. Of course you must kick your brothers ass for stealing them in the first place.
