Greetings,
My Lemond Nevada City arrived yesterday and one of the things I noticed about it is the right STI shifter (105 component) feels very loose and sloopy. For example when you want to shift to a smaller chain ring there's at least 1/2 an inch of travel before the click is made and the chain shifts down.
Can these shifters be adjusted/tightened up or does it need to be tossed into the garbage and replaced?
FWIW, we're talking about 105 shifters on a '99 Lemond, 8 speed drivetrain, other compoents are Sora.
