I have a 10 year old Zefal Maxi that the internal check valve has failed. I sent an email to ZefalUSA about it and they answered next day. They told me to send it to them and they will fix or replace it free!
It's on its way cheapest possible means via USMail tomorrow.
I love customer service and quality companies like this. This sort of news needs to be spread around... we always hear the bad stuff too quickly.
