Click here for directions from Stanford, CA USA to Stockholm, Sweden (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&saddr=Stanford,%20California,%20United%20States&daddr=KTH-hallen,%20Stockholm,%20Sweden&ie=UTF8&sll=44.590467,-45.351562&sspn=72.777899,141.328125&z=3&ll=48.341646,-52.207031&spn=69.041077,141.328125&om=1&layer=t).
Then check out step #33.
I think it's funny that instead of saying "There's no way to drive there" they went ahead and took the witty route.

Funny how it routes it through MA even if you begin in FL and end up in Portugal

Well, duuurrrr, that's where the Trans-Atlantic Swim Port is located.
Now if only I knew where the moon base space portal was...

Swim across the Atlantic Ocean 3,462 miles.
Now that's funny.

I surprised they didn't say, "Transport car via rowboat next 3,462 miles."
They don't mention being on a ferry between Germany and Sweden, but there must be one. Otherwise you'd be told to swim again, or they'd route ya through Russia and Finland to keep ya on land.
That's just too funny. :D
Now if only I knew where the moon base space portal was...
It might be on here...

Be sure to zoom in all the way... to see what the moon is really made of.
JFK to Heathrow give one the same "swim for it" step.
Yep, Google map Moon is cool.
Somewhere on Google map Mars there are green men, I forgot where to find them though.

Following the suggested route, there must be a ferry link between Germany and Denmark. That too could be avoided by taking a slightly longer route. But once in Denmark, the route goes on land, crossing the 8km Öresund Bridge from Denmark to Sweden.
