What's everyone doing this weekend?

My parents are coming up to visit tomorrow = free lunch. Probably going bowling Saturday night. Other that that, I have no idea.

Gonna do the "spring ahead" thing at 2am Sunday morning.

Ridin' my bike. Thinking about doing a crit in Greenville, NC.... But I don't want to show up at TT on Tuesday with fresh road rash. :eek:

No. The segments are 0.8 miles, 0.5 miles, and 0.2 miles long. (The 1.0 mile ride cuts out the middle segment.) You could sign up for a 0.8 mile option. I guess you could cut short even that first segment, but where's the fun in that?

when i was little...like 4 or 5, my brother and I used to draw spiders and cut them out and put them in my dad's cereal on april fools day....he would just sit there and eat...moving them around....pretending he didn't notice them....then suddenly jump out of his chair and scream....we would laugh and laugh, never realizing the joke was on us.

i'd love to be able to make those paper spiders again

Meh. Gonna go ride in a few minutes. Too nice a day not to. I know I'll feel more like doing something productive though unpleasant when I get back. The endorphin high from cycling usually lasts about two hours.

I'm going to Leadville for the weekend :) Shopping and eating in Vail with boyfriends mother :)

Watching for UNC and Tennessee to play for the National Championship in Men's Basketball. :p :D

That, and the annual "fish" ride is tomorrow morning. That's when our bike club rides along several of the more popular fishing streams a little while before the season begins at 8:00 am.

The joke will be that I'll swallow some zombie juice before I do so. Then when everyone is all boo-hooing I'll jump up and bite 'em all on the heads!
