So I just bought a new fork off of a guy and I didn't realize until I went to install it that my bike is a 20mm thru axle wheell and the fork is quick release. I've heard there is an adapter? Anyone know of one?

Unless you have a convertible hub, you're out of luck. 20mm hub spacing is 110mm while standard QR hubs are 100mm.

You don't have a convertible hub so there is no way you can make your wheel work with the fork.

The second link you posted is not an adapter. It's designed to work with a 20mm fork.
