And don't quit! Today I took a bunch of casual cyclists on a ride through Cary. Two had Greenspeed recumbent trikes that look a lot like sbhikes' trike. They let me take one for a test drive. Positively addictive! I haven't had that much fun since I rode a Green Machine at age 5. Most importantly, and relevant to your case, you can't fall off! I think that if I ever get to 100, you'll still see me pedaling something like one of those....
