Add the whole garlic, olive oil and tomatoes to sheet pan to bake at 350 degrees for thiry minutes

Transfer the cooked tomatoes and garlic and juices to a pot and put enough broth to barely cover the tops.

Mmmm. Garlic.

Two tsp of Oregono and Cumin and a little hot sauce

After an hour or two of simmering, use an immersion blender to mix it all up. Run the mixture through a strainer. Salt and pepper to taste. Cream may be added to rich'n it up. I like to add bleu cheese smack dab in the middle of the bowl upon serving. It adds a little rich'ness and plates nicely.
