A while ago now I lost a bunch of weight and really increased my performance not only cycling but achieving goals like being able to do a bunch of pull ups and developing more upper body strength, Well anyway here is my site with all the stuff I found that really worked organized into a program. I tried to incorporate high intensity semi randomized intervals ( aka crossfit ) with Low gi/gl hight nutrient/fiber density nutrition ( Cordain Devany ) and even some IF options is the most simple straight forward format possible. This site is a response to all the bull**** I encountered when I tied to get in shape, losing fat is hard enough with out people trying to sell you bull****. I wanted to make a simple free site with stuff that really works people could use without needing to spend a penny.

Good site. Lots of great (basic) advice.

Side note: I'm all for intermittent fasting (in this case, the suggestion to only eat between noon-6pm). Unfortunately, I don't think I can make that jive with my riding schedule. a) I would cramming a lot of calories into that window, and b) simply can't go without calories on my rides.
