Folding electric Bicycle belong to this forum or need to start a whole new forum? I know most of us here are pretty dogmatic about muscle powered folder. However, electric motorized bicycle has one of the same attribute that the folding bike forum is dedicated to: depending less on fossil fuel. If we can discuss more on these folding motorized cousins, may be we can attract more user as well as educate ourselves on the future. It is no coincidence that the bike shows are coming out with better electric motors and battery. I believe the future of transportation belongs to electric motors and better battery. What are you guys opinion?

Methinks there are much better forums for electric-powered scooters out on the web than bicycle forums. They're great and all, just not cut from the same cloth in my opinion.

Thank you Blue Jays. Folding electric bicycle, think of all the possibilties. Right here where all the folding info are, combined with the latest electric motors and battery tech. Oh well, I tried.

As someone who posts enough niche stuff in here myself (minibikes, r20) I personally have no problem with the inclusion of electrickery in here from time to time. It's not really a topic I'm personally madly interested in - but think there's enough room for everyone, and that this is probably the most apt corner of the forums for it.

Whoa, Thanks LittlePixel and Invisiblehand. Sure feel great to have two thumb ups from veterans of this forum. I shall get it going. Actually there is no more appropriate place for this topic than this becuase of the Folding Factor. As we all know that the future to bicycle is electrifying them with good motor which we have and good battery which we are still trying hard to obtain. Will be good to have the pool of people with good sense in this forum to contribute.
