This is my first year racing at a collegiate level and i have made a name for myself on my team. I favor endurance and hills much more then i do short powerful spurts. any suggestions as to what i should do to prepare for my ITT and TTT at Purdue in 2 weeks?

There is no ITT at Purdue this year.

lol, since there is no ITT, then forget individual training and just practice riding the TTT with your team.

Work on your pull durations, drafting formation etc.

practice form with your team, and recovery. your fitness is already what it will be in 2 weeks.

+1 There isn't a lot you can do to make major gains in 2 weeks, but there is a lot you could do to mess things up.

au contraire

assuming he's a fairly new rider like me (since he started racing like me), then he is making noticable power gains every couple weeks. 2 weeks ago my 5s power was 40 watts less, and my FT was 5 watts less. id reccomend practicing in a TT position.

There is room for form, pacing, and strategy improvement, if not fitness.

What I'm saying is, that it may be better to just keep the status quo rather than go overboard and risk overtraining, injury, from trying to cram too much into a 2 week period.

If you stay on the same path you'll probably keep what you have for sure which is the most important thing. If you were trying to do an ITT or TTT and had 2 weeks, I'd work more on form and teamwork, etc. than fitness. Now if you had a month month that owuld be a different thing. I think you can expect to see more noticeable fitness gains in a month compared with 2 weeks.
