So after getting the PT and wondering whether I should race with it, I started noticing that there wasn't much difference between my PT/RR 1.1 wheels and my Fulcrum 1's. The fulcrums aren't an "aero" wheel per se, but they do have the big, wide, bladed spokes. Rim section is 26mm.
I can get a great deal on a new pair of Rolf Vigor RS's, at almost an even trade if I sell the Fulcrum 1's. The rim section is 34mm with a thinner profile, and it uses smaller, more traditional bladed spokes. Since I don't have the cash to dump on PT/Zipps right now, I was wondering what you thought about whether the Rolfs would give more of an aero advantage--these would be totally race wheels only. Weight is also very close between the two sets.
