Beautiful day to ride. Just finished Fairfax City to Reston. Half road and half W&OD, which was nearly empty.

COLD and WINDY this morning. I'm ashamed to say I ended my intervals at Hains Point early and headed for work. Hopefully this afternoon will be better.

just got back from hains, that was pretty miserable. the cold and wind i can handle, the idiot cherry blossom crowd i will not suffer. i ended early as well :mad:
