Great Lakes - Bike Polo!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

OK, This time around we are determined to get teams in from more than two states. Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, I want to see you come swinging! All are welcome, MTN bikes, Track bikes, Mini bikes, Cross bikes, no ones tried to play on a tall bike yet, but there's a first time for everything.

If you are curious about bike polo, here is a recent interview we did for BikeLiker. There are links to some of the players in the tournament, as well as pictures and basic info about the game.

Attention! We've moved the champeenships! All your flyers should now show the new venue: Addams Park at 1301 W 14th St. Best highway exit is Roosevelt from 90/94. Ashland from 290.
We are planning on all grass play. It will be a lot easier and I swear that your track bikes with skinny tires will work fine cos we've been playing on them in grass for 5 years now. If people throw fits, threaten not to come, or try grass and hate it, there is a place a few blocks away where we can play on asphalt.
Please RSVP with how many teams you're bringing and how many nights you're staying so we can hook you up with couches.
