Classic & Vintage - Bianchi Columbus formula tubing -final word?

I read with interest the recent questions about Mid-80's Bianchi frames made in Italy with Columbus Formula Two tubing. I also have a mid 80's Bianchi frame, made in Italy, but mine is Formula One tubing -see picture. Also of note, my forks are chrome with the pantographed bird up top and Bianchi drop outs, Gipiemme drop outs out back and a partially chrome rear triangle below the chain. Bike has a 'Vittoria' sticker on the top tube, not sure if it came in a box of tires or is a model designation, but the only reference I can find to a 'Vittoria' in conjunction with Bianchi is in the 1987 Japanese catalog, the second highest priced bike -unfortunately the text is in Japanese...

The questions:

What is the deal with Columbus Formula tubing in general, is it as suggested, a prorietary blend of different Columbus tubings specially grouped for Bianchi to save cost?

What is the difference between Formula One and Formula two, are they different tubing formulas offered concurrently, or is Formula Two the new and improved (or cheapened even further) Formula One?

Until a real Bianchi expert gets here...I believe that F.1 is better than F.2, I think the skinny on all the special tubesets are they just the usual Columbus tubing but "assembled" to a custom spec for Bianchi, i.e. F.1 might be Columbus SL with an SP downtube or the butt sections might be longer/shorter...stuff like that. I think when you go down to F.2 they are specing a lower grade of tubing, so assembled from Cromor or the equivalent...and Tre Tubi frames have just the 3 main tubes in DB Columbus, and usually a lower grade since it's an "economy" frame.

Falck is the correct spelling (French surname, Italian company), and they were a tubing company that drew mostly only straight guage tubes, in both common steel and Cro-Moly steel. They are still around, I believe, but absorbed into a larger industrial parent company, might be Mannesman. Falck tubing was cheaper than Columbus double-butted, but still found its way into some very highly regarded bikes: Cinelli model B, Masi...stuff like that...

I guess that clarifies the relationship between Formula 1 and 2 as concurrent offering from Bianchi. A comparison of weight may help here too, the formula 1 frame is very light. How light? I'll post here later in the week once I rob parts off of it for my Casati Gold Line. Perhaps someone can post the weight of their formula 2 frame.
