Two questions, if I may:

1. I once saw a gadget (online somewhere) that allowed two brake levers to be used on a single brake- a little box type thing- both levers cabled into one end, and a separate cable ran out the other end to the brake- allowed a bar top lever and an aero bar lever to both be used- anyone know of who makes it/where to get it/how well it works?

2. Anyone know of a compact geometry (sloping top tube) steel touring bike? I recall a thread a while back on compact gemoetry frames, but don't recall any steel...

Thanks
DP

Or you could just use inline levers with aero levers, no brake splitter needed. I use this set up with no problems.

no cable routing issues? I thought about inlines- but didn't think it'd be possible to route the cables.

That's not the one I was remebering, but it looks like a cleaner simpler solution. The one I saw was a small box, with one hole on one end, and two holes on the othet. Had a small bar and spring assembly inside- all three cables attached to the bar- pulling either brake lever would pull the bar, which in turn pulled the brake cable.

The Jtek one is much simpler- fewer moving parts, just add at the first cable stop or front brake housing. Super! Thanks!

edit/ but 47.50 each? wow...

None at all.

wouldn't happen to have any pics woudl you? If I could route the cables in a reasonable fashion, inlines would be fine.
