In the weekly USA Cycling E-mail there was a little tidbit that caught my eye:
USA Cycling has issued 44,582 licenses so far in 2007, an increase of 2,582 compared to this time last year. Of those, 9,493 are new to USA Cycling.
~5% increase total.
~21% of total licenses are newbs (mine arrived Tuesday, so count me among 'em)
