Matching Jerseys: Where to find them?

I know there have been a couple of threads on "Do you two match your riding gear?" etc. But this one is a bit different. We have one set of matching riding gear (we are casual riders). We intentionally want to match and are having the darn hard time finding matching jerseys. (The shorts are not such a big deal, you want black or charcoal?)

Does anyone have a good line on some places (on the Internet) or specific manufacturers to look at for matching mens and womens jerseys? A lot of what we find that are men/women specific are completely different styles/designs. Just came from "the biggest sports store in Iowa" and their pretty good selection of cycling clothes were split into gaudy eXtreme sports stuff (mens cut only), or completely dissimilar mens and womens styles (we couldn't even match colors).

My wife wearing a mens cut is out she needs a womens cut.

We have found Borah, but would like to see if there are other manufacturers that you have found we might try exploring. If we could find some Mickey and Minnie Mouse tandem specific jerseys we would be thrilled.

So, any information you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Team Estorgen www.teamestrogen.com has a pretty good selection of M/W matching jerseys, (gotta love the 'Team Hill Slug' one!!) Velowear www.velowear.com also has some matching sets.

We have a couple matching sets, but usually don't wear them. We've found them over the years from:

Nike/Discovery

We have seen a couple other companies. My wife can usually wear a mens medium, but womens jerseys usually fit better. Often it's best to find a womens style you like and then see if the mens is available. Voler also offers a jersey of the month each month, you can order any size you need.

Kucharik also has several matching jerseys -- we have the popular Kokopelli tandem jersey. Sorry but do not have the URL.

If you join a cycling club in your area, they will have a team kit with matching mens and womens jerseys, jackets, arm warmers and etc. Also, the pro teams that have corresponding womens racing teams will have team kits with ladies cut jerseys including matching shorts or bibs. We have Colavita. Discovery has mens and womens sizes also. However, most pro kits have only mens sizes. If you participate in cycling events, many times they will have matching jerseys offered for sale. If you do not like pro team kits or club kits, the selection is limited or the colors do not match exactly between mens and womens. We have the hodge podge stuff as well. Good luck.

Kucharik.com has a variety of matching jerseys, shorts, jackets, sox, hats in various sizes, including kids (the large kids could fit small woman. Designs include tandem-themed jerseys/shorts + others.
Other manufactureres also do matching outfits. Sizing can be problematic. Hope this helps!
