I don't mean i won my first race. I mean i won my first race.

Unfortunately it was a dream...It was one of the more fun dreams i've had in a long time though. It was a nice smooth hilly road and i was drafting some older guys for a while and then decided it was time to go, and off i went crossing the line by myself. My prize? A medal, and a bag of quarters (don't ask...i mean it was a dream).

When i woke up i decided that i needed to get into shape and race...that's ultimately my goal aside from weight loss. Anyone got any suggestions to that ends :)

It's pretty easy to win a couple laps on your first race ;)

just go find a race locally and do it. after that you will have a better idea what you need to do.

If you read Ride/ProCycling just before going to bed, there is a chance you will also win your first Euro pro race.

I had a dream like that, only in the dream I pulled my calf muscle while sprinting for the finish. The worst part is when I woke up, I had really pulled my calf in my sleep!

Wow what a neat dream!!! Hope your dream can come true! On the other hand, I dreamt I was running in the olympics around this tiny little track with lots of other people and no one was counting the laps so I was trying to figure out how they were going to determine the winner. I think your dream was much better than mine.
