Hi! I just bought a new Electra Rockabilly Boogie. I'm putting it together but I can't figure out how to put the threadless headset together. There's no manual (or there is, but it doesn't talk about the headset at all). Can anybody help me? Does anybody have a PDF manual of this headset? Thanks

This might be similar:

Other then that I couldn't find much info.

Does this mean you bought it online ?
If so, can you provide a link ?
I hope you enjoy your new bike !
I think Electra is the new Schwinn :p
I really like them.

Long and very detailed instructions:

Since you bought the bike new, I assume the headset cups and the fork race are already installed.
If so, remove the top crown of the bike, put the lower bearing retainer or cartridge bearing onto the steerer tube, sick the fork into the head tube, add the top bearing retainer or cartridge bearing on the steerer. Then add top race or upper cover, add top crown (don't tighten, yet), add stem (don't tighten, yet), add top cap and adjustment bolt. Tighten (Do not over tighten - it damages the bearings) adjustment bolt to get rid of play in headset. Then tighten top crown and stem.
