To say considering is a lie. I was visiting a friend in IN and test

Q2? anyone know a way to attach a "roll bar like bar at the bike higher up gor lights etc in the back for traffic visibility??
thanks

A flag will mount to the back of a trike seat with zip ties and an orange hunting vest or a traffic safety vest will hang over the seat nicely as well. The flag sticks up about 5 feet and the vest makes you visible in all lighting conditions. Here's how we have my wife's trike set up. It is a delta though and a Tadpole would require a different solution.

You could easily fabricate something with pvc and hose clamps, or put a blinkie or light on your helmet, or a frog on the flag pole...lots of possibilities. Enjoy the trike!

If you have the ability to place a small 12V battery on there you could do something like near the middle of my main blog page (http://quadrecumbent.blogspot.com/). It's a 12V strobe I picked up online. It can run for hours on a small 12V lawnmower or motorcycle battery. There are other options out there as far as batteries go but I had mine and didn't have to purchase one.

I have had an old TerraTrike for years. If the newer WizWheelz have the same web seat as mine, then they are probably open tubing - maybe 2 removable plastic plugs. Mine were open for the flags- I had a local bicycle frame builder use slightly smaller tubing to form a "U" the same width as the seat; turned it upside down, and stuck it in the seat frame instead of the flags.
The roll bar arc has been a flag holder, stereo speakers holder, radio antennae holder, and roof support since '02. I do not know how to attach a photo.
