Oh man, what a mess in Kerrville! Temps in the mid-30's, rain & sleet & snow & wind. Springtime in Texas....

I am still pissy about missing my saturday ride! But, contrary to some peoples opinion global warming is to blame.

This time of year cold weather belongs at the northern latitudes, not here in Texas. When the poles give up excessive cold it means their mean temperature is rising. The cold air flows southward where it is warmed by the more equatorial sun. The poles are warmer, glaciers and ice melt, sea levels rise etc. Global warming and Texas warming are not synomous. ;)

Hope ride conditions improve by monday though!
