I just fractured my ankle 4 days ago and am devistated because I can't ride for about 6 weeks.I do have a spin bike which I train on when I can't ride and was wondering if I should spin with one leg to at least stay in a little bit of shape or would that be a bad idea?Any thoughts on this would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
