Yellow River Mtn Bike Trails still there??

A friend told me that the yellow river mtn bike trails were all paved. Is this true, I havent been able to get out there in a long time and was looking forward to it this summer. I really hope they arent paved.

I know that the trails changed significantly last year, but I don't think that they were paved.
